Cancellation and Insurance

 

By making a booking with us you are entering into a legal agreement and the deposit you pay for that booking is non-refundable. If you are unable to come to Silver Lea for the days booked and we cannot re-let the room then you may still be liable to pay for the room in full even though you may not have paid the balance.

If we do succeed in letting the room to someone else you will no longer be liable for the balance. We will refund you the balance if you have already paid.

 

Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances and we would recommend that you take out cancellation/travel insurance to cover these costs.
