Silver Lea is a 4 bedroomed Bed and Breakfast and is approximately 350 meters up hill from the village of Grasmere.

 

 There is parking for 4 cars. The surface is gravel and a pull in from Easedale Road. A slate path leads to the front door.

 

All rooms are accessed by the front door.

 

 All bedrooms are on the first floor. The staircase has 4 steps, with a banister on the left, a landing to allow for a 90 degree turn to continue up the remaining 10 steps, handrail on right. All rooms lead off from the landing.

 
There is some mobile network coverage.  

Tables are set for 2 or 4 in the dining room. Chairs do not have arms.

 
All rooms are en-suite. One double room has a shower the other bathrooms have showers over the bath. All bathroom floors are vinyl.

 
Seats are available in the garden at the front and side of the house.
